Avon Soccer Registration Refund Policy
There are no refunds except for the following circumstances:
Recreational Level:
- If Avon Soccer is unable to resolve previously defined (by parent at time of registration) scheduling conflicts. Please note that the days/times for all recreational programs are established in advance for U8 & U10 players and listed in the program descriptions. Please make sure you can participate prior to signing up!
- Moving out of town prior to season – New address must be supplied – check will be sent there.
- Injury that prevents participation for the entire season – Note from Doctor required.
In each case, any costs incurred by The Club will be deducted from any refund amount if they have been already incurred by the Club.
Travel Level:
- Moving out of town prior to beginning of fall season – New address must be supplied – check will be sent there.
- Injury that prevents participation for the entire season – Note from Doctor required.
Please note that choosing not to play, moving to another program or encountering scheduling conflicts are not a basis for requesting a refund.
In each case, the cost of player registration, uniform, league fees, cup fees, tournaments, camp costs, etc. will be deducted from the refund amount if they have already been incurred by the Club. If a refund is requested for the Spring travel season, costs associated with the Fall season will also be deducted.
All refund requests should be made by emailing the Club's Treasurer at [email protected]. The Treasurer and/or President are the only individuals authorized to grant refund requests and their decisions are final.
