Weather & Cancellations

The safety of our players, coaches, spectators, volunteers and vendors is our primary concern.  Every effort will be made to complete games in their entirety, however certain situations may require modifications as outlined below. 

In the event of inclement weather or adverse playing conditions, games may be shortened, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled.  This may include moving play to Memorial Day (Monday).  In the event of schedule adjustments, the team coach or designated team contact person will be notified as soon as possible.

Any game in progress will be considered official if at least 20 minutes have been played.  The score at termination will stand.

The Tournament Committee, Avon Soccer Club, and CJSA will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any team or club if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.  No refund of entry fees will be given, nor will partial refunds be awarded, if the number of games played is reduced for any reason.
